Simple, proven ways to cook Khalid's cuts. Ask for the meat “BBQ-ready” in your order notes and half the work is done.
Classic Lamb Chops
Rub chops with salt, black pepper, garlic and a little olive oil. Rest 30 minutes, then grill on high heat 3–4 minutes per side. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Best cut: lamb chops, 1-inch thick

Beef Kebab Skewers
Mix ground beef with finely chopped onion, parsley, salt, pepper and a pinch of cumin. Shape onto skewers, chill 20 minutes, grill turning often until charred at the edges.

Look for bright colour, a clean fresh smell, and firm flesh that springs back when pressed. Khalid is happy to show you the cut before it is wrapped.
Storing It Right
Refrigerate and cook within 2 days, or freeze in meal-size portions. Thaw slowly in the fridge overnight — never on the counter.
Resting Matters
Let grilled and roasted meat rest 5–10 minutes before cutting. The juices settle back in, and every slice stays tender.
